Abbeycliffe Care Home, quality care since 1988

Opened by the Mayor of Bury 12th April 2013

We are a family run business that has been providing care since 1988. Our aim is to continue the same emphasis on the quality of care that we have achieved over the past 25 years.

Abbeycliffe is set in ½ acre of land in tranquil gardens and is situated only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the town of Radcliffe.

In 2012, we started a major redevelopment of the building to provide 40 well appointed and luxurious en-suite bedrooms. The communal areas include an elegantly furnished lounge, a bright and airy conservatory overlooking our beautiful gardens and a large spacious dining room.

Abbeycliffe lies between Bolton and Bury with Radcliffe town centre, only a short walking distance away. It is also easily accessible through several transport links.

Whilst we encourage residents to become part of a family unit we believe the specific needs of the individual are just as important. Therefore, we encourage independence, dignity and self respect.

Our key considerations are to optimise the quality of life with freedom of choice and flexibility foremost in our aims to enhance the latter years.

Much emphasis will be placed on the specific needs on the individual. Independence, dignity and self respect are key considerations to optimise the quality of life, with freedom of choice and flexibility foremost in our aims to enhance the latter years.
